After a bit of traveling Cal and I found a way to a fallen empire. More empty structures and houses than occupied ones. A gradual decline in decisions and routine until there is nothing left but regret and ruin. In the burned kingdom’s center stood a rowed village, a patchwork of tarps and boxes.

“This looks exactly like the x-sailor said it would.”
